In this article it talks about being honest with the American people. It primarily focuses on President Obama. I know a lot of people get tired of hearing Obama this, Obama that, but truth is, it's the truth. House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio, get's along with Obama, even tho their of different parties. He is very disappointed in Obama for givin a speech on the deficit reduction to the American people and not being completely honest about it all. The main topic he was addressing was bipartisan deficit commission, and the president was issuing a controversial report the year before saying he was recommending spending cuts, tax reforms and other republican theories. He is upset about Obama. He took exactly none of his own deficit reduction commission's ideas.He quoted, "Come on! It's time to grow up and get serious about the problems that face our country." He didn't tell the american people how bad it really is getting in our nation. He is sugar coding everything. That is not good. How can us as the American people get anything done if it is all hidden from us and sugar coded. Obama is hiding something, and he should not have been elected president. Did Bush make the best decisions? No he did not. Was he the greatest president to ever preside? Not even close. But what's done has been done in his term, and the 'change' everyone voted Obama for is happening, but not in a good way. Obama is leading the nation in an even worse direction than Bush did! If people were to blame everything on Bush for his presidency, is Obama making his 'mistakes' any better? No! Not at all! It's getting worse, and this democracy is heading towards communism. That is what Boehner is saying, be honest to the American people, like Obama was to him. What was the difference between Boehner and a normal American Citizen? There shouldn't be anything, except the fact that Boehner is a representative of Ohio, that is it. They should all be informed on the same things, because they both live in America, pay taxes and work in the same country. We are all citizens and there shouldn't be any excluded information held from the American people. It doesn't make sense, and shouldn't there be question raised from this? Do people want to be able to not afford to live? Honestly? You want to depend on the government? The Government doesn't not care at all about our needs, not one bit. They want power, and the people is where they get it from. Anyone stupid enough to think that the Government wants to help their people is an idiot. This is a nation founded on helping themselves and fighting against the brits and making a place for their ownselves. You think the Parliament would have helped them established their own nation? You got to be kidding me. This nation needs to provide for themselves and no one else. The end.
